Our setting

A home away from home

Our setting is a genuine family home β€” warm, welcoming and full of opportunities for play, creativity and outdoor adventure.

Indoors

Our home is a warm, homely space rather than a nursery-style setting β€” and that's exactly what makes it special. Inside you'll find a calm corner for quiet moments and winding down, a play kitchen for imaginative role play, and plenty of space for arts and crafts. When the weather allows, we open up the garden for free-flow play so children can move freely between indoors and out.

  • Calm corner for quiet time, stories and winding down
  • Play kitchen for imaginative and role play
  • Arts and crafts β€” painting, drawing, making and creating
  • Free-flow access to the garden for sand tray and water play
  • Open-ended resources and natural materials throughout
  • A genuinely homely, nurturing environment

Our allotment

Our allotment is a real highlight β€” a proper outdoor space where children can dig, build, explore and get wonderfully muddy. We have a mud kitchen, a treehouse, water play, climbing equipment and plenty of natural loose parts for open-ended play.

  • Planting seeds and watching them grow
  • Harvesting vegetables and tasting what we've grown
  • Digging, composting and caring for the soil
  • Mud kitchen and water play
  • Treehouse for imaginative and adventurous play
  • Exploring minibeasts and wildlife
