Lead Childminder
Ryan Bennett
Hi, I'm Ryan — the heart of Little Honeybees Childminding. I've always had a deep passion for working with young children and supporting their development during those precious early years. I believe that every child is unique and deserves to be celebrated for exactly who they are.
I hold a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification and am fully Ofsted registered. I'm also trained in paediatric first aid, safeguarding, and food hygiene. I'm committed to ongoing professional development to ensure I'm always offering the very best care.
Outside of childminding, I love being outdoors — which is why nature and forest-school principles are at the heart of everything we do here. I genuinely believe that children thrive when they're given the freedom to explore, get muddy, and learn through play in the natural world.
Our assistant
I am supported by my qualified assistant, Halle, who shares the same warm, child-centred approach. Together, we maintain excellent adult-to-child ratios, ensuring every child receives the individual attention and care they deserve.
